Job summary

Soni is seeking a Director, Business Development & Marketing to lead the firm’s growth by aligning Business Development with Marketing and firm leadership to generate new opportunities and deepen client relationships.

You will oversee a small team of Associate Directors, set regional strategy, monitor pipeline, allocate resources, and ensure disciplined execution of growth priorities across the market.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Experienced business development leader with a track record of driving growth within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop senior BD professionals.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, client development, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead regional business development strategy aligned with firm priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small BD leadership team.
• Engage with priority clients and senior executives to open doors and advance opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline health, activity, and revenue trends to optimize resource allocation.
• Partner with Marketing to run integrated BD and marketing campaigns and events.
• Ensure consistent execution of regional growth plans and cross-functional collaboration.
