Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management is required.
• 12 years related experience, including 5 years in CRO/Pharmaceutical and/or sales.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Proven track record at mid-level and high-level contacts.
• Excellent business/industry awareness and understanding of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with policies and applicable legislation.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and guide professional development.
• Approve HR actions including salary administration.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and deepen customer knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity, positioning and pricing within accounts.
• Develop sales plans and strategies for target accounts.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposals to develop proposals.
• Lead sales presentations with operations and managers.
• Educate team on customer culture, needs, and sales techniques.
• Follow-up on sales and close contracts.
• Adapt strategies to market demands and financial targets.
• Maintain high visibility within customer organizations.
