Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree from leading university preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle unstructured situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business strategies and operating plans for innovation and sustainable growth.
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior leadership by framing critical questions and market trends.
