LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to shape the strategic agenda across markets. You will translate complex market insights into clear priorities, guide investment decisions, and drive sustainable growth with senior leaders.

In this role you will develop business and operating strategies, evaluate growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives, including M&A and partnerships, to strengthen competitive positioning and long-term value.

Formación

• 10 or more years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, market research, M&A diligence, product planning, business planning, or corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Undergraduate degree.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading university preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive decisions strategically and balance multiple initiatives.
• Experience in M&A, strategic alliances, and detailed commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.

• Develop business strategies and operating plans to drive innovation, scale, customer value, and sustainable growth.
• Frame critical questions, assess trends and technologies, and clarify evolving market needs.

• Develop a data- and relationship-driven understanding of customer workflows, unmet needs, and market dynamics.
• Monitor market and technology trends to identify opportunities and risks.
