LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Director, Global M&A, Strategy and Business Development to drive the inorganic growth strategy and enhance LNRS’s competitive position. The role reports to the VP, Head of Global M&A and interfaces with senior leaders across strategy, product, and business units.

The candidate should have 3–5+ years post-MBA strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance experience, and a strong background in analytics.

Qualifications

• Post-MMBA strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking or corporate finance experience with a top-tier firm.
• Deep knowledge in market research, analytics, or data science in complex industries such as financial services, insurance, transportation, or energy.
• Experience on inorganic strategy projects such as Commercial Due Diligence or corporate development transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects to identify priority acquisition targets and hypotheses.
• Collaborate with LNRS Strategy, Product, and commercial leaders to identify growth areas.
• Maintain understanding of market developments through research, conferences, and news.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess opportunities.
• Summarize analyses and recommendations in presentations and papers.
• Develop and manage the global acquisition pipeline and relationships with targets.
