Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years post‑MBA strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking or corporate finance experience with a top-tier firm.
• Deep knowledge in market research, analytics, or data science within complex industries such as financial services, insurance, transportation, or energy.
• Experience on inorganic strategy projects such as commercial due diligence; familiarity with M&A processes and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to identify priority areas for LNRS to expand through acquisition and devise acquisition hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain the global acquisition pipeline, including managing relationships with acquisition targets and industry contacts.
• Develop acquisition cases for priority targets, including identification and quantification of revenue synergies; managing external CDD providers.
