Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy to shape the strategic agenda across markets. You will partner with the leadership team to define where to play, translate strategy into clear priorities, and drive disciplined execution for sustainable growth and long-term value.

The role requires developing business and operating strategies, evaluating growth opportunities, and framing complex decisions for senior leaders.

Qualifications

10+ years in corporate strategy, investment banking, market research, or related fields.
Experience in top-tier consulting or M&A advisory is preferred.
MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead development of business strategies and operating plans to drive growth.
Frame critical questions, assess trends, and clarify market needs for senior leadership.
Translate strategy into priorities, investments, and executable initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities across core and adjacent markets.
Manage an M&A pipeline in partnership with finance and risk teams.
Drive market entry, partnerships, and portfolio prioritization initiatives.
Build an understanding of customer workflows, market size, and competitive positioning.
Conduct ecosystem analysis to identify disruption risks and partnerships.
