Acloché LLC in the Irvine area is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive high-value engagements with Fortune 1000 clients. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days per week and to maintain a stable career history.

You will identify target accounts, craft entry strategies, lead prospecting campaigns, and coordinate with a team of experts to deliver solutions that meet customer objectives and boost revenue. A bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

Responsabilités

The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
