Job summary

Envision Horizons LLC, a global marketplace growth agency, seeks a dynamic Business Development Director to shape expansion strategy, forge high-value partnerships, and position the firm as the go-to marketing partner for top brands.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with sales, client services, and marketing, drive lead generation, manage CRM, and guide negotiations to accelerate revenue growth while maintaining a collaborative, remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience with a proven revenue track record.
• 3+ years in BD within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and client service to optimize performance and growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across ecommerce ecosystems.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies and industry visibility.
• Oversee CRM (Pipedrive) usage for reporting, tracking, and conversion efficiency.
• Represent Envision Horizons at industry events, webinars, and podcasts to position the brand as a thought leader.
• Drive revenue growth by guiding contract strategy and negotiations with senior leadership.
• Partner with internal teams to identify new channels and strengthen client relationships.
