Qualifications

• 5+ years building growth engines for ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to own strategy from ideation to execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across creative, paid media, affiliates, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of CAC, MER, and contribution margin.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel growth strategy across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and paid media.
• Build repeatable growth experiments with measured impact and clear ownership.
