Job summary

BDA is seeking a Sales Director, Ecommerce Client Services to lead enterprise accounts and drive strategic growth in a hybrid, four-on-site, one-remote week. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong sales, ecommerce, and operational acumen to mentor teams and build trusted client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will maximize online engagement, improve conversion, and grow revenue through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. Travel ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ecommerce, digital commerce, strategic account management, or client services.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales or client services teams.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online merchandising, digital customer experience, promotional marketing, and omnichannel commerce.
• Experience interpreting ecommerce analytics and translating performance data into growth strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Define account-specific growth strategies and align them with overall business objectives.
• Lead strategic planning sessions with account teams to develop marketing, promotional, and brand engagement strategies for key clients.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and account management organization.
• Monitor ecommerce analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting to optimize client strategies.
• Support business development efforts, pitches, and new client onboarding.
