Job summary

EO Products is seeking a Director of eCommerce Sales to lead our commercial strategy across digital retail channels. You will drive profitable growth for EO and Everyone brands, translate priorities into actionable plans, and align retailer strategies into a cohesive digital ecosystem.

You will partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and consumer insights inform execution. The role emphasizes revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and profitability across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in digital commerce or related roles.
• 5 years leading e-commerce strategy.
• CPG or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital commerce strategy across Amazon, Target.com, Walmart Marketplace and other digital accounts.
• Own revenue, forecast and profitability with account-level goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Product teams.
• Develop scalable processes and reporting for digital channel.
