Job summary

Relevant Solutions is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing to translate growth priorities into an integrated marketing and ecommerce strategy. This enterprise leader owns brand direction, demand generation, digital presence, communications, marketing operations, customer insight, and ecommerce growth.

The role leads three teams and collaborates with sales, product, finance, IT, and executive leadership to improve market visibility, demand, and customer retention across the Relevant family

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with enterprise programs.
• Experience leading digital marketing and ecommerce strategies in technical B2B environments.
• Proven ability to align brand, demand, content, and sales enablement with commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise marketing plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead three functional teams: Digital, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing.
• Oversee ecommerce strategy, web experience, and data-driven performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and executives on KPIs and budgets.
• Manage agency/partner relationships and governance across campaigns.
• Translate customer insights into prioritized marketing improvements.
