Job summary

Hoar Construction is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive sales across market sectors, lead pursuit teams, and coach staff to win contracts. Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of RFP response principles and practices.
Experience with MS Office and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and leadership for all aspects of business development daily.
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
Coach and mentor staff in a doer-seller environment and support project teams.
Lead capture planning and drive execution of sales plans.
Develop relationships to secure additional contracts within market sectors.
