Job summary

Responsibilities

Own new business origination for the construction division and manage pipeline from lead to close.
Execute outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and in-person relationship building to generate meetings.
Prepare compelling proposals and pursue strategies in coordination with internal teams.
Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting to drive forward momentum.
Represent the firm at industry events and expand market visibility locally.
