Sitting on the leadership team, you will shape long-term growth, collaborate with estimating, design, and service sales, and position the firm for geographic expansion through partnerships or acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of long-term relationship building with clients and partners.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand differentiators (design-build, fabrication).
• Experience in senior/executive client engagement in construction or related B2B sectors.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand high-level relationships with contractors, developers, property owners, and facility decision-makers
• Identify opportunities early and position the company to compete on new projects
• Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and trust
• Sit on the leadership team and collaborate across sales and operations
• Partner with estimating, design sales, and service sales teams to bring in opportunities
• Help shape a long-term growth strategy for market expansion
