TalentRise, An Aleron Company, in Buffalo, NY, seeks a hands-on CFO / SVP of Finance to lead accounting, reporting, treasury, and audit. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while accelerating close cycles and strengthening controls.

This senior role partners with operations and sales to optimize costs and investments. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in finance, 5+ years in leadership, and manufacturing familiarity, with CPA/MBA preferred and a strong GAAP

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years leading a finance function.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience; privately held or family-owned experience preferred.
• Strong command of GAAP; cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with multi-entity or international consolidation a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and audit.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Accelerate monthly and quarterly close with accurate results for leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Improve ERP and reporting tools to scale with the business.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and capital investments.
• Partner with operations, sales, and engineering on cost, pricing and investments.
• Lead, develop, and retain the finance and accounting team.
