Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC seeks a senior Business Development professional in the United States, CA, San Ramon. You will drive growth across consulting, tax, audit, CFO advisory, and related services, engaging prospects and existing clients with tailored solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with practice leaders to craft compelling proposals, while representing the firm at events and webinars.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive audiences.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development across consulting, tax, audit, and advisory services.
• Identify prospective clients, build relationships, and tailor solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, proposals, and contracts.
• Grow awareness of Armanino’s services and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to design client solutions and proposals.
• Communicate effectively with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
