Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth in Valuation and Forensics, focusing on business valuation, real estate appraisal, disputes, and investigative services. The role emphasizes strategic relationship building and originating complex engagements.

You will lead sales, nurture client networks, and collaborate with internal experts to deliver compelling proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or related consulting environments.
• Proven track record originating and closing complex, high-value engagements.
• Experience selling into law firms, private equity, corporate legal departments, or financial leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and generate opportunities across Valuation and Forensic Advisory.
• Build awareness and develop sales opportunities for valuation, real estate, disputes, and related services.
• Identify and engage potential clients including law firms and corporate executives.
• Maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to secure repeat business.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to proposal and contracting.
• Research, contact, and qualify leads tied to valuation, appraisals, and disputes.
• Maintain a robust pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to generate leads (events, webinars, thought leadership).
• Communicate effectively with prospects, clients, and internal teams via various channels.
• Partner with internal experts to deliver differentiated proposals.
• Work well in a team and execute a targeted sales plan.
