Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Frisco, TX seeks a Director to drive revenue growth for the Aerospace and Defense vertical by engaging CXOs to win large deals and expand existing accounts.

You will define growth strategies, coordinate with Sales and Service Lines, and lead proactive deal shaping across the US, UK, Europe, and LATAM, reporting to the IoTDE Head. Strong relationship-building and P&L leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 13+ years covering P&L business management / program management / business development / consulting in IoT & Digital Engineering
• Rich experience across the Aerospace Development Value Chain
• Experience with large global opportunities or bids / projects
• Consultative sales experience with CXO-level advisory services
• Held P&L / Business Development responsibilities with targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage CXO leadership to build long-term relationships and shape opportunities.
• Develop account-centric growth plans and oversee large/transformative engagements.
• Coordinate with Sales and pre-sales teams to articulate comprehensive aerospace solutions.
• Define market strategies and engage with analysts, partners, and events.
