TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Director, Strategic Account Development to drive new business with Lockheed Martin across IE and IS units.

In this senior role, you will identify, pursue, and capture growth opportunities, leading cross-functional teams and executive engagements. The role requires up to 50% travel across North America, close collaboration with program offices, engineering, and pricing, and strong capture lifecycle expertise to deliver differentiated

Qualifikationen

Bachelor degree in business or engineering or related field.
10+ years in A&D business development preferred.
Security clearance preferred.
Experience with Lockheed Martin programs is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

Central coordination point for Lockheed Martin opportunities.
Establish executive relationships with Lockheed Martin programs.
Develop capture strategies and win themes.
Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Operations, and Pricing to meet specs.
Lead capture efforts to maximize content across systems.
Document opportunities in CRM with stakeholder intelligence.
Translate customer needs into actionable business strategies.
