Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy and Growth to lead the enterprise growth strategy across global defence, commercial aerospace, and international markets. You will identify and capture high-value opportunities, expand strategic customer relationships, and drive market development initiatives to accelerate sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, or growth leadership.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with US Government and commercial customers.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute enterprise growth strategy across defence, commercial aerospace and international markets.
• Identify, qualify and capture opportunities in EW, Radar, RF, Mission Computing and AI-enabled systems.
• Expand Honeywell EDS presence into international defence markets through partnerships.
• Drive commercial market expansion and identify dual-use technologies.
• Lead market assessments and investment prioritization.
• Develop market-entry strategies for new countries and sectors.
• Partner with Offering Management to define long-term growth portfolio.
• Build multi-year growth pipelines aligned to AOP and STRAP.
• Validate and execute the 3- and 5-year STRAP.
