Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management.
• Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated acquisition, nurture, retention, and upsell campaigns across multiple channels.
• Align campaign strategy with sales objectives, revenue goals, and business priorities.
• Partner with agencies/vendors to create targeted direct mail, email, and other campaigns.
• Create customer segmentation strategies for personalized communications.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, creative development, approvals, and execution.
• Continuously evaluate performance and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and revenue.
• Serve as the marketing owner for lifecycle communications (onboarding, engagement, retention, upgrade).
• Develop programs to strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services to existing customers.
• Develop automated customer journeys and workflows for timely messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to improve customer experience.
