Dentsu International Americas, LLC is seeking a Design Director for the Marketing & Growth team in New York. You will lead hands-on design, concepting, and campaign creation while mentoring a team of designers.

You will collaborate with business development design managers across the pitch lifecycle, delivering polished visual assets for briefs and client presentations. The role demands strong typography, layout, and motion-capable design skills, plus the ability to pivot quickly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as production or presentation designer in a similar setting.
• Proficient with Keynote and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite expertise.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and file management.
• Ability to articulate design POV to stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand design briefs and timelines.
• Conceptualize pitch look and feel and create templates for assets.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Format and design Keynote presentations and InDesign documents.
• Collaborate with pitch leaders to produce final designs.
