Responsibilities

Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, directories.
Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data (names, titles, phone numbers, addresses).
Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated data.
Cold call prospective clients.
Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
Educate clients regarding the translation process, including TransPerfect’s rates and turnaround times.
Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled with attention to detail.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and service.
Research industries TransPerfect markets to and stay updated on leaders and events.
Perform special projects or duties as required.
