Job summary

Indeed Flex in Austin, TX is hiring a Growth Account Executive to drive expansion within our existing hospitality and light industrial client base. You will take ownership after Inside Sales closes deals, accelerate onboarding, and implement self-serving models for scalable adoption.

You’ll lead strategic account growth, train clients on platform features, and collaborate with Operations and Product to shape our offerings. This role is onsite with potential work-from-home Thursdays.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proven success in account management, business development, or growth roles.
Experience in staffing, HR tech, or workforce solutions preferred, especially hospitality or light industrial clients.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

Drive growth by expanding services within existing client accounts across departments and locations.
Lead transition from Inside Sales to accelerate onboarding and value realization.
Promote platform features and deliver training to maximize client utilization and independence.
Develop strategies enabling autonomous use of the Indeed Flex platform and reduce reliance on support.
Conduct regular client reviews to align goals and share industry best practices.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Marketing to relay client feedback for product development.
Coordinate with temporary workforce team leaders to align with client needs.
Monitor engagement data and KPIs to generate actionable insights and reports.
