Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client-facing roles.
• 1+ year in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO and Paid Media fundamentals.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting.
• Experience navigating CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing the relationship from onboarding through optimization.
• Lead cadence calls, status updates, and reporting sessions with stakeholders.
• Partner with internal specialists to guide strategy and ensure work stays on track and aligned with KPIs.
• Monitor performance data to surface actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Educate clients on digital marketing fundamentals, translating metrics into business value.
• Maintain high client satisfaction, targeting 95% retention and 8+ NPS.
• Ensure deadlines are met through organization and cross‑department collaboration.
