Indeed Flex in Austin, TX is seeking a cross-functional role to help match workers to the right jobs and support clients in meeting hiring targets. You will proactively analyze shift patterns, job requirements, and the flex pool to maximize fulfillment.

This position is onsite in Austin at The Domain, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays, and requires strong data-driven decision making to improve fulfillment and client outcomes.

• Experience working in a high-volume customer service or operations environment.

• Ability to cover flexible shifts
• Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Lucid, Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc

Responsibilities

• Elevate Customer Experience by resolving support tickets and delivering the 'Flexer' experience.
• Data & Analytics: generate and present reports on bookings and metrics.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: communicate between internal stakeholders, clients, and Flexers.
• Process Optimization: support new procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Performance Excellence: meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Team Support & Escalation Management: assist with process refreshers and complex escalations.
