Interstate Batteries is seeking an Account Executive to lead growth for Warehouse Distributor and Regional accounts. You will manage a diverse portfolio, coordinate cross-functional teams, and present growth plans to leadership.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and frequent customer engagement. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in automotive/commercial aftermarket sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to travel up to 40% to meet

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Automotive and Commercial aftermarket Sales Account Management or Category Management preferred.
• Battery and/or retail tire knowledge a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Mansioni

• Manages multiple WD and Regional customers and leverages internal resources to grow the book of business.
• Leads and manages account plans weekly with cross-functional support.
• Presents updated growth plans and quarterly reviews to leadership.
• Drives pricing actions and internal/external deliverables on accounts.
• Travel approximately 25-40% to engage customers and HQ.
