tmp is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead one or more major accounts, drive client management excellence, and deliver results. You will shape marketing strategy, advise on investments, and oversee integrated media solutions to achieve business outcomes.

You will manage client partnerships, mentor teams, and partner with delivery leads to keep programs profitable, healthy, and positioned for growth through strong leadership and industry insight.
