Job summary

tmp is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead major client partnerships and drive growth. You will own one or more accounts, oversee strategy, and ensure the delivery of integrated marketing programs that meet business objectives.

In this role you will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, guide teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, and continuously look for opportunities to expand value and revenue for tmp and its clients.

• Requires proven experience leading major accounts and driving client partnerships.
• Strong ability to shape marketing strategy and recommend solutions.
• Experience delivering integrated media programs and managing teams.
