Job summary

ABB is seeking a Group Account Manager for the Meta - Data Center Segment. The role is remote and focuses on developing and managing the account strategy to grow share of wallet, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and address customer issues end-to-end. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 15+ years in sales with 5+ in Data Center, strong communication, and the ability to travel about 25% domestically

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in Data Center segment.
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions for our customer and ABB.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets across regions.
• Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver coordinated, value adding solutions.
• Ensures compliance with ABB's values, safety standards, and code of conduct while applying consistent sales processes and tools.
• Strengthens longterm customer relationships and fosters cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and competitive awareness.
