Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in full-cycle account management, B2B sales, or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate insights.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• English proficiency at an intermediate-advanced level for internal project management.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of retail merchants to drive retention and long-term revenue growth.
• Diagnose performance issues from operational data and build number-backed growth plans.
• Lead negotiations to secure merchant investments in ads and promotional tools.
• Improve operational excellence by resolving catalog and technical blockers for stock accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve blockers and scale solutions across the retail environment.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with disciplined prioritization.
