You will translate complex data into actionable strategies, balance commercial negotiations with technical hurdles, and own the partner relationship end-to-end. This role requires a go-get-it attitude and curiosity about our technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years in full-cycle account management, B2B sales, or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Intermediate-Advanced English for internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of retail merchants, acting as their main strategic partner to drive retention and long-term revenue growth.
• Diagnose performance issues from operational data and build growth plans with clear ROI for partners.
• Lead challenging commercial negotiations to secure merchant investments in advertising and promotional tools.
• Unblock technical and catalog-related issues to improve stock accuracy and catalog health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and operations to scale solutions.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and urgency, adapting to market dynamics.
