Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, partner management, customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Experience analyzing performance data and tracking multiple goals or KPIs.
• Experience supporting or leading contract renewals or commercial negotiations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
