Job summary

Rackspace Technology in the United States seeks a senior business development lead to own strategic GPU ecosystem partnerships (e.g., AMD or NVIDIA) and turn them into qualified demand and bookings for GPUaaS. You will drive joint GTM motions, executive alignment, and field activation while removing barriers to revenue.

You will define partner plans, align teams, create repeatable co-sell plays, and manage the end-to-end pipeline from introduction to booking, ensuring accurate CRM attribution

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building revenue-producing partnerships with major technology vendors.
• Experience turning strategic relationships into measurable pipeline and bookings.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned partner(s) and explicit objectives.
• Build relationships across partner and Rackspace teams to activate field motions.
• Create repeatable co-sell plays and target-account motions to generate opportunities.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunity creation through qualification to booking.
• Coordinate customer pursuits, executive reviews, and formal pricing discussions.
