Job summary

Rackspace is seeking a senior GPUaaS Acquisition / New Pursuits Sales Executive to own the full pursuit lifecycle for net-new GPU workloads. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, from discovery to contracting, to win complex accelerated-compute opportunities.

In this senior, IC role you will target new logos with a focus on AI, training, inference, HPC workloads, and will manage a robust pursuit engine, pipeline, and bookings while navigating pricing and contractual negotiations.

Qualifications

• Owns full pursuit lifecycle from target accounts through booking.
• Focus on new logos and GPU workloads.
• Travel: Domestic and international travel; may exceed 50% during major pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned GPUaaS bookings quota and deliver profitable net-new bookings.
• Build a prioritized target-account and workload list with credible demand and buying authority.
• Generate opportunities via direct outbound pursuit, networks, partners, and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities across workload, GPU platform, geography, funding, and urgency.
• Lead discovery and translate requirements into a clear pursuit strategy.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop executable customer solutions and proposals.
• Maintain a written close plan with milestones and owners.
