Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with government or government contractors preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker who couples client value with outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own engagement management for government accounts and drive value realization.
• Lead end-to-end engagement activities, workshops, business reviews, and renewals.
• Understand customer goals and map product solutions to desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product and sales strategies.
