Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced relationship professional for its Strategic Engagement team. You will drive value realization and outcomes for government and public sector customers, leading end-to-end engagement and post-sale activities.

You will manage up to 5 government accounts, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape strategies to maximize adoption, satisfaction, and renewals in a fast-paced environment. Prior government-facing success is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles.
4+ years experience in the federal government or with government contractors and government adjacent organizations.
Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own engagement management and value management for a dedicated account portfolio of up to 5 accounts in our government practice.
Develop a deep understanding of government accounts and use engagement techniques (meetings, workshops, QBRs) to drive value.
Lead with curiosity to learn customer goals and map solutions accordingly.
Excel in complex program management with multiple partners and contractors, balancing analysis with speed.
Drive long-term customer value by boosting product adoption and satisfaction.
