Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a seasoned Government Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex agreements with U.S. government customers and strategic partners.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Program Management to ensure compliant, timely contracting, licensing, and data rights handling. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in government contracts, strong FAR Part 12 and OTA experience, and the ability to navigate OCI, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and GSA schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in government contracts or contracts management.
• Proven experience with FAR Part 12 contracts, prime/subcontracts, and OTAs.
• Experience negotiating software licenses, data licenses, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Working knowledge of OCI requirements and mitigation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, modifications, and related documents.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer OTAs and related agreements.
• Support government/software licensing, data licensing, subscriptions, and services agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, reseller and partner agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal and stakeholders on contract strategy, negotiations, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and obligation tracking.
• Support audits and government compliance assessments.
