Job summary

Vantor is seeking an experienced Government Contracts Manager to support a fast-paced mission-driven business serving U.S. government customers and strategic partners.

You will manage complex agreements, including FAR Part 12 governs, OTAs, prime/subcontracts, and licensing while collaborating across Legal, Finance, Sales, and Program teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates risk assessment, strong compliance, and pragmatic judgment to move transactions forward while balancing business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government contracts, contracts management, or related field.
• Significant experience with FAR Part 12 contracts, prime/subcontracts.
• Experience with OTAs and related agreements.
• Experience negotiating software licenses, data licenses, NDAs, or similar.
• Knowledge of OCI requirements and mitigation practices.
• Active U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with GSA contracts or GSA Schedule administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders and related docs.
• Negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance of FAR Part 12 contracts.
• Draft and negotiate OTAs and related agreements.
• Support software and data licensing, subscriptions, and services agreements.
• Draft/negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and partner agreements.
• Identify and mitigate organizational conflicts of interest.
• Support GSA contracting activities, pricing, and modifications.
• Advise stakeholders on rights, obligations, risks, IP, data rights and security.
• Coordinate with Legal and business teams on strategy and issue resolution.
• Maintain contract records and support audits and reviews.
