Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years in government contracts or related field.
• Experience with FAR Part 12 contracts, prime contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes.
• Experience negotiating or administering software licenses, data licenses, and NDAs.
• Familiarity with OCI requirements and GSA contracting.

Aufgaben

• Manage lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, modifications, and related documents.
• Negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance of FAR Part 12 contracts and OTAs.
• Draft and negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and reseller/partner agreements.
• Support government/software/data licensing, subscriptions, and services agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal and stakeholders on strategy, negotiations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain contract records and tracking, support internal audits and inquiries.
