Vantor Inc. is seeking an experienced Government Contracts Manager to support engagements with U.S. government customers and strategic partners.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of complex contracts, including FAR Part 12 and OTAs, while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Program Management to drive compliant, timely outcomes. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in government contracts, contracts management, or a related field.
• Significant experience with FAR Part 12 contracts, prime contracts, subcontracts, and government procurement processes.
• Experience negotiating or administering software licenses, data licenses, technology agreements, Teaming Agreements, and NDAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, modifications, and related contractual documents.
• Support negotiation, administration, and compliance management of FAR Part 12 contracts.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer OTAs and related agreements.
• Support software licensing, data licensing, subscription, and services agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, partner agreements, and other collaborations.
• Identify and mitigate OCI and support related representations and compliance obligations.
• Support GSA contracting activities, pricing, ordering procedures, and compliance.
• Interpret FAR and OTA guidance and apply company policies.
• Advise stakeholders on rights, obligations, risks, and IP/data security terms.
• Coordinate with Legal and business on strategy, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Maintain contract records, tracking, and administration documentation.
• Support audits, reviews, and government compliance assessments.
• Develop and improve contracting templates and training materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting government contracting.
