Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting, strategic account management, or leadership roles supporting government and/or prime contractor accounts.
• Track record managing high-value strategic accounts and driving revenue growth, account expansion, program sustainment, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value government and prime contractor accounts, accountable for P&L inputs, revenue forecasts, margins, and growth targets.
• Develop, maintain, and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer priorities and Vantor's growth.
• Identify opportunities through extensions, recompetes, and follow-on procurements to drive contract continuity and expansion.
• Maintain a data-driven pipeline using Salesforce to support disciplined growth.
• Manage senior-level relationships with government decision-makers and senior leadership; lead briefings and reviews.
