Vantor seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead growth and customer outcomes across a portfolio of high-value government and prime contractor accounts.

You will connect customer mission priorities to Vantor's products and services, guide multi-year growth strategies, and coordinate the teams needed to deliver durable value. This role requires experience in government contracting, executive engagement, and the ability to align programs with funding profiles while managing P&L and contract

Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting, strategic account management, business development, or customer and program leadership.
• Track record managing high-value strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar opportunity-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value government and prime contractor accounts with P&L inputs and revenue targets.
• Develop, maintain and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities through extensions, recompetes, and procurements.
• Maintain a data-driven pipeline using Salesforce and best-practice management.
• Lead executive briefings and align internal teams to customer needs.
• Navigate contract structures, funding profiles, and compliance requirements.
