Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants lifecycle, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS/GSA and related regulations. The role coordinates with OGC, SAM.gov registrations, and major contract vehicles, delivering compliant proposal content and timely contract deliverables.

The position requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of federal contracting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov registrations and annual representations.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles and prepare required documentation.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review proposals for representations, certifications, terms and conditions.
• Monitor compliance, audits, and regulatory changes.
