Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants lifecycle, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA terms. You will coordinate with OGC, track SAM.gov registrations, and support proposal responses, including certifications and terms compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with federal procurement, and the ability to work across teams in a deadline-driven environment. This is a U.S.-based position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of contracts and compliance experience with the Federal and State Governments.
• 1+ year of hands-on support to a GSA MAS or federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+).
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other applicable contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant contract vehicles, including competitive and non-competitive opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify compliance requirements and coordinate legal review.
• Support development of business responses to contract sections, including representations and certifications.
• Ensure deliverables and contractual obligations are tracked and met on time.
• Maintain internal processes to support ongoing compliance and conduct periodic audits.
