Job summary

BDO USA is hiring a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. This role coordinates with OGC, SAM.gov registrations, and contract vehicles, supporting BDOs government initiatives and certifications.

The position involves contract vehicle evaluation, proposal support, and ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining processes across affiliated entities.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years or more of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• One (1) year or more supporting a GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+).
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications.
• Three (3) years or more supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants.
• Experience applying FAR/DFARS and related contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles, including competitive and non-competitive opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate contract and grant documentation for submissions.
• Assist with proposal language for competitive vehicles.
• Monitor ongoing reporting and administrative requirements of active vehicles.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
• Develop business responses to contractual sections of proposals.
• Ensure compliance with terms, representations, and certifications.
