Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst for Government Contracts to administer NASPO and DLA eCAT programs, coordinate reporting, and support contract performance across federal and state vehicles. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently within defined objectives.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
• Experience in contracts, government procurement, pricing, reporting, or related operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administrative efforts for government contracts (NASPO, DLA eCAT) ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Perform root-cause analysis on compliance issues and implement corrective action with stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze reporting for government customers and track contract performance.
• Modify contracts and maintain customer pricing files.
• Suggest tools, policies, and processes to improve performance and compliance.
• Provide analytics to Sales leadership and Government Contracts Manager to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Bids/Quotes to implement new agreements.
