Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in federal contracting with capture experience.
• FAR and government procurement process knowledge.
• Experience with DoD or federal civilian agencies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple capture efforts independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture lifecycle from qualification through award.
• Develop capture plans, engagement, pricing, and win themes.
• Build relationships with federal program managers and COs.
• Coordinate teaming and partnerships, NDAs, and subcontracts.
• Track milestones, provide executive updates and forecasts.
